Copyrights, Names, Google, and Reviews

The scubasquadpokemonclubonline@gmail.com "master email" account is under review. I figured it would be beneficial to have that gmail have a google plus attached to it, to help get traffic to the blog. Instead of putting my name or John/Jane Doe in the "Your .Name" section I put Poke'mon Masters. Now that is under review in less than 12 hours after its creation. The account temporarily suspended until the review ( can still use gmail just no google plus profile). If it fails the review the account will be sent an email stating it failed. Then I can change the name and submit it for yet another review. This has encouraged a thought that I had a while back, to make a page on this and the other two blogs stating that Poke'mon is a registered trade mark and copyright of Nintendo, Game Freak, The Poke'Mon Company, The Poke'mon Company International, and more. I think I might even get a bit excessive and state that no copyright or trademark infringement is intended, we did NOT create Poke'Mon it is owned and operated by aforementioned companies through their respective media outlets and creations.
